Is it parasitic to borrow money to buy a house ...... That money was used to pay someone to build a house or make food or clothing or whatever. When you borrow shares of stock for the purpose of selling them --- what got made as a result of that borrowing ? How did that borrowing contribute to our economy ? Chris
