I assume you're talking about the graphic that's telling me about Free internet and contains the Motly Fool gif? ( a cycling add that also brings up an Ameritrade, Romance,Interest Rate.com, or other add depending on the timing of your page hit?

These all seem to be working *REASONABLY* well for me under both IE and Mozilla. ( Doesn't mean they're doing what they should, just that they're doing the kinds of things a reasonable designer might want them to do. )

I should really grab the web page and see what's there.
