The way I see the picture - WCOM executives will have the easy way out before facing criminal charges. By the time criminal court will take the place their lawyers will simple point out to fake gov't statitsics (note - nobody is doing audit over these numbers). By the time of trial economy will be in such disorder people will laugh together with the judge about minor cases like WCOM or M.Stewart. I wrote several days ago I was expecting mini rally (bounce) at the end of June. Guess what? WCOM caused me to go to cash and I forgot about Plunge Protection Team.
