It didn't say "not yet in service" (and neither did I). It said they weren't yet generating revenue. It also implied that this was the case on "some" of the line deals, so I don't know how he rationalized that treatment for all. Then again, we're only getting sketchy info at best. I hope the company provides us with the complete story soon.
