I'd wait to buy after the reverse split. I've never seen a reverse split hold its price. Usually, shareholders are lucky if it doesn't dump by 1/2. So 1/8 r/s means about $4 split adjusted price. Chances are you can buy it under $2 post split, which would be the equivalent of .25 without the reverse split.
