Another element to the bottom test is if we do not have strong sentiment at the bottom, like a gap to fill, the re-test is often closer to the low from what I can gather.

I can't get a bead on the Dow. From what I can see it does the re-test anywhere from 1-day to 4-5 days after the low. For all I know, the Dow tested today and was successful.
