Balance of trade.....it flows to and fro....DUH! Ish, the last time the US NEARLY had a trading surplus was in 1992..let me repeat 1992 and even then it wasn't surplus...only nearly.... Just when do you think this flo is going to return..don't you think 10 years is enough to get some ebbing and flowing going?
