Henry V's comments here back in February were most telling.

I asked him when was the last time when just about all of the countries of the world wanted weaker currencies and his answer was the 1930's. He did hope that it was not necessarily predictive of what we would see going forward.

Obviously, the past does serve as a guidepost of some type for future potentialities.

I personally don't believe we'll see the 116 level in the USD index for several years.
