Annyone attended any of the Annual Meetings ?

Matchewan : June 27, 2002.
Exall: June 27, 2002

There are also special meetings scheduled for Glimmer (July 30, 2002)
& Exall (July 27, 2002). Anyone attending is encouraged to reply on the
thread or by PM. Mayer where are you when we need you?

There is some excellent background information on the SEDAR website
related to these SPECIAL meetings. Anyone holding shares could potentially
calculate what the "Apollo Deal" would mean to them. There are certain areas
where it is impossible to figure out what the costs are e.g. monies owing to
"Bulk Suppliers". etc. It is interesting to see that GM & RK control ~51.4%
of the GME shares (directly and indirectly) so we know that the Glimmer side should
vote for the deal, an we would be along for the ride.

The Apollo deal closes on July 31, 2002, provided all the terms and conditions are met.

Here's to hoping that our "dividends" are as substantial as our preliminary calculations indicate.
