One donor liver may provide sufficient numbers of liver cells for multiple recipients. Insufficient information. Last estimate I saw (or heard?)was 1:30. Initial preliminary human clinical trials of liver cell transplantation by academic investigators outside of Incara have shown improvement of liver function in some patients with liver failure. With or without immunosuppression? Is the IND with or without immunosuppression? Once again, sloppy crap from Incara. One just never knows if it's lack of attention to detail, or lack of attention to detail with intent.
