How do you feel about Sullivan PURPORTEDLY adjusting the
amounts shifted over to capital expenditure so as to achieve the PRECISE earnings required to make their numbers?

Plus not keeping any written justification for the basis
of the reallocations.

Do you feel that is ACCIDENTAL?
