The next round looks to be large in size relative to what's outstanding, so it should knock the price for a loop to some extent. The key is whether this will broaden the ownership -- currently it's way too thinly held to get any traction (up or down). If it does -- particularly if it can attract some institutional interest then it will help the price break out of this rut of 4 - 6 bucks. Of course, bottom line is they need to produce the numbers if they do get additional financing. They won't be able to go to the well again.
