IDNX post merger call ..... multibiometric company - build next generation security company - world ready for what they have to offer - closed 2 major facilities, reduction in 20% of employees (anounced this months ago) - area of risk is controlling rate of adoption (of IDNX products) - can't type as fast as they are changing subjects ...... getting out of optical reader (hardware) business and their software will work with 3rd party readers - company focused on markets that have been funded (by the govt etc.) - headquarters relocating to Minnesota - expect to be EBITA profitable in June 2003
