Superb article in yesterday's NYT states one of the reasons foreign money is exiting U.S. is that the accounting rules are so complex they give many avenues to manipulate and commit fraud and the realization is sinking in upon the foreign money managers is that U.S. may well be scamming the whole world. O my, we are not on the top of hit parade anymore in foreign eyes, in fact we are dropping off the charts.
