This company might go down, but you are wrong about the loan, as I posted earlier(it's spelled out clearly). If the increase in shares is approved, those two can have NO intellectual property rights coming to them. As for your estimation of price...your words all in all could only be those of a biased bear, unless you are oblivious to the very real potential the likes of which this company has never had in the past. It's only natural for such potential to keep the market cap up a bit. You speak as if you are unaware of the facts, or you just dismiss them without proper thought, IMO.
