To All,

The upside goals of $3.75 and $4.00 are still intact. LCAV did give a short term sell, although the intermediate and long term momentum buy signals are still in effect.

Today's price movement was impressive (high $3 7/16; low $3.125; close $3 3/8; volume 2,800), but the volume was low. It will take an increase of daily volume to move this issue into higher ground.

On Balance Volume (OBV) has moved from a positive trend to neutral. The stochastic indicator has signaled a sell. Current short term support is $3.125, long term support $2.625. Upside resistance $3.375, $3.5, $3.75, and $4.00 respectively.

There is no particular strength in the Eximer Eye Care stocks as a group, so any price improvement in LCAV will have to be driven by fundamental strength of this issue. And, therein is the paradox, just how good are the fundamentals? Time and price performance will tell.

If there are any Jacks Hot Stocks subsribers lurking about, would appreciate your views on the subject of LCAV fundamental and TA performance.

Also would appreciate any comments from the regulars on this thread. Otherwise, I'll limit my posts if I am the only one interested.

Harry
