Good luck! I've looked, others have looked and there were some signs but they went away in a few weeks anyway. In addition, basic signs such as the 20 EMA moving under the 50 EMA is a big sell signal. There were some oversold indicators but they dissipated in November which was a double sign of trouble.

That's the true head scratcher and the sign of an amateur trader I hear. The market failed to do what he expected so, instead of cutting things short and taking a moderate loss, he tried to make what happened fit into his predictions.

The odd thing is that he kept doing that month after month for 6 months. It was nothing short of bizarre.
