Jim: Regarding a real estate bubble, what do you think the burst will be like? I've been a homeowner for about 10 years, and have seen a relatively normal increase in the value of my home, nothing like the NASDAQ climb of the late 90's. The tech burst resulted in a 75% drop in the NASDAQ - what will a real estate bubble burst result in? A 10% drop of the market value of my home, a 25% drop, or just a leveling off in home price growth? Adam
