Roach has been spot on so far. How is he a fear monger ?
There is no sign of pickup in cap ex spending, we have earnings estimates bieng lowered, we have questions about
the accuracy of reported earnings during the boom era. The
NASDAQ is back to the levels of September 2001 and this
time the terrorist attack cannot be blamed for the woes of
the market indicating just how weak the market is. No one
will be happier than me if there is a pickup in the economy but I wouldn't call the market here irrational. It is just
reflecting the economy.
