The point at issue right now is not whether the plaintiff were ill- advised, but whether the court made a bad ruling. It is hardly stomping all unbelievers to resent the court's ruling. At this point, the main cultural division is between respect for democracy, and resort to the courts to try to win without the need to persuade the majority. Tyranny is not better because it is handed down by a passel of judges.......
