Dorine, I heard. On the news last and night and in the paper the past several days, I've read that the
fear is that foreign investment in the United States will dry up. The US depends upon foreigners to
buy bonds and invest in market, but if these people lose confidence in the stock markets, look out!

Also, I heard that the debt ceiling has been raised . It is the first time since the mid 1990s,
I believe!
