It is hardly stomping all unbelievers to resent the court's ruling. From the perspective of the stompee, yes it is. We disagree on whether or not this was a bad ruling. I think it was the technically correct but politically incorrect ruling. I imagine you find it incorrect on all counts. There is an opportunity for the political and cultural leadership to obviate the divisiveness by validating the feelings of all parties and offering ways to look at the divide between people as manageable. T'would be noble to propose a consensus position rather than fussing about the tyranny of judges.
