You're supposed to get your head into my framework and then we start adding or subtracting or reframing and fleshing it out. DUH! Why didn't you tell us? THhere's a problem, though. I and numerous others have basic disagreements with your straw. If it lets van Whatshername walk, I consider it fatally flawed. I interpreted your example as meaning murdering on more than one occasion as in repeat offender. But in fact on that one night Charlie and his "angels" hit two different pads and killed people. So I'd say she meets that requirement. So does she still walk?
