Eric,

Your raise good questions, and certainly the banks are important in this situation; however, I have faith that Fletcher Challenge will try again to bid for Brunswick plant. I think banks are playing for time, to see just how much profit can be generated form operations with the up tick in the cycled. this way both the banks and we as shareholders may have some value to salvage our losses. Don't look for US mill to make a bid on Brunswick, Consoldated could have done this. So, I beleive Canadain, or even European concern will evetually bid up what's left for Repap. I don't think George Petty want's to be remembered for the worst disaster in Canadian Pulp & Paper History?

One makes assumption, and the above are part of mine. If I'm wrong, well, at least I can say I went down with the ship.

At 1/8 per share US, to the extent you want to average down, with very little cash outlay, I think at these low rates the potential for some good profit over the next 11 months is there.

Good luck.
