We would all love it, but is this realistic? Seems a tad generous IMHO.

This is the equivalent of $57.27/share based on today's AMAT close.

It represents a 77.6% premium to today's SVGI close.

It is 3.26 x Book Value, 3.04 x Sales, and 110.13 x trailing eps.
