HI Al,

Thanks.

So does a weak reading in both ever occur?
and I guess that might have been seen in early 00?

Where does one find the index ratio?

TIA

Bob

High frequency economic statistics certainly are disconnected with the market - a weak rally into a better than the last 4-6 quarters earnings announcement period is at least a reasonable expectation.

I think we've all been pummeled by such negative news it is hard to keep an open mind.

It reminds me of after WTC bombing - The recovery was automatically pushed out to last half of 02.There were very few people who would have entertained a 6.1% jump in GDP occurring 90 to 180 days out.

The news noise out there is deafening and most irresponsible.

Like Don Henley sings - Give me dirty laundry!

I wish just a balance - but that's where good thinking alllows the minority to prosper.

In confusion lies opportunity.

Bob
