GATA keeps talking about an explosive rise one day as all the shorts suddenly strive to cover. Could happen, but the odds are EXTREMELY LOW. Just as with a stock market crash. I expect a more orderly bull market punctuated by periodic sharp corrections such as we are now experiencing. GATA"s mantra of never selling so as to be sure not to miss the sudden explosive move they predict has been costly for gold investors that followed it. Slider has the right idea here. Never allow a substantial portion of your profits to vanish waitng for something that probably won't happen.
