An economy that's on the right track can blow right by the institutionalized socialism of the IMF and WB. Besides, George Bush's popularity and power are still growing, and he and Congress will ultimately bring reform to both of these failed institutions. They are, after all, now needed more than ever as weapons in the war against backward Islam. The fall of liberalism is becoming a world-wide phenomenon (we hope to catch up this November) and their influence on world economics-which has killed so many for so many decades-is waning even now...
