Well he should be nailed and by the SEC!-The very idea of "MSD-making $143.1 million on stock options in fiscal year 2002 a year when the company made 43 percent less profit and then being "awarded" an aditional one million shares in 2002 and a salary increase--- along with Rollins getting an additional 5.35 million shares and Vanderslice 2.85 million additional shares is so egregiously outrageous that it's beyound the pale.
