How about land carved out of Germany?

Israel traditionally had 8,000 square miles; Germany has 138,000 square miles. Less than 10% of this land would suit the needs of a Jewish refuge.

6 million Germans might be displaced but they can be compensated by $500 billion from the Arab nations/Iran, which is less than one year's GDP. That's $50,000 per person. A family of five would get $250,000.

Plus, the residents of Euro-Israel would pay for any land, homes, etc. over time with World Bank loan guarantees.

It wouldn't take long for Euro-Israel to become a world-class economic super-power, so the loans would not be in danger of default.
