Yes, indeed. Just like the RWET. And that new thread about the pledge. You are right. This thread is very typical. I want you to be able to read your constitution- I do not feel I need to furnish you with a place to call people names or post obscenities. Becuase of our constitution you are free to do that in the streets. How lucky we are!

And have you read your constitution today? Did you know it only applies to the government? Perhaps not.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or
of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition
the Government for a redress of grievances.

Privately we may abridge the speechof our fellow citizens! Isn't that wodnerful! We have the freedom to do that. And then there is that pesky right of Free Association. Don't forget that one. yippeeee
