Article one, And in that the constitution is the follow on to the The Declaration of Independence, the obvious intent of our founding fathers is self evident in this case.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--

It is self evident that a Creator exists. There is no logical way to say that it not self evident that these words declare a Creator exists.

Look up the definition of Religion.

It is then self evident that the words Under God refer to that which is self evident in the definition of all religions.

If it is all religions then Article one is not being violated.

In my opinion having the words under God acknowledges the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them. 100% what those who founded America intended.
