Almost 100% are still fully invested in stocks/mutual funds. Almost 100% still defer all their money to their 401(K) and other retirement plans and right into the same mutual funds. Almost 100% still believe, "for the long haul", "always come back",

Absolutely none of my friends has listened to me about selling. Some have stopped putting new money in, but none has sold. One of my best friends is a very well-off surgeon, who until a few months ago continued to throw money at the market. When a month ago I suggested (for the ??? time) he sell his INTC, he said he knew it had a high PE and couldn't grow that fast, but said it was a good company "for the long-haul." This is a very intelligent, well-educated individual. The American public truly are sheep.

All my friends tell me they should have listened to me two years ago, but it's too late to sell now.
