There were few meaningful statements made by management. They kept referencing that per SEC rules they could not say anything to us that is not said to the public. We have to wait until the conference call on July 24, as I recall. Management did say that they believed our product is better than the competition, but the competition has more money behind them. Management took a $500,000 collective pay cut to help out. More stock will be sold soon as they are scheduled to run out in August 2002. Was generally an unimpressive annual shareholders meeting, although I have been to few others. Best of luck to us all. Peter
