I really question this housing bubble idea. If it is a bubble it will be the first one in history that everyone recognized before it popped.

Go back as recently as 6 months to 1 year and you won't find much evidence of discussion of the NASDAQ bubble. In fact even after the top and well into the crash, the arguments we heard from most of the financial press was buy it was just a correction.

Now suddenly without any evidence of a downturn in housing we have a bubble that everyone knows about. Very strange. I still think we are not headed for deflation but inflation and that this is just the beginning in housing and gold.
