<<risk>> I believe there are certain countries that enjoy the protection of US aircraft carriers, and there are certain governments that obey US supervision, and certain types of companies that are too important to the world to be left in the hands of folks like Mugabe, and sometimes, these same territories and assets do not have the same complications as do same in the US.
The world is very relative, more so now than before, given all the moral high-horses are not as tall as before.
