I think you would find a lot of obstacles going after prosecutors as you would like.

You misunderstand. I should say, I didn't make my objective clear.

I was making an essentially rhetorical point about the death penalty and either innocence or unconstitutional process.

That point being that although the way it is administered is probably as carefully as it can be, given the realities, the risk to an innocent defendant surely disturbs those responsible for prosecutions much less than would the risk, if it were real, of paying for such a prosecution with their own lives, or fortunes.

That suggests something to me about the death penalty, but I dare say it doesn't to those who don't already think it's a shabby business.
