After 35 years of non-stop Arafat terror What about the cease-fire of 1981-1982, which the PLO obeyed but Israel did not? Israel's response was to invade Lebanon and kill 20,000 civilians. This was a full 7 years after the PLO (and Egypt, Syria, etc.) had offered Israel a total peace treaty. Tom
