Frankly,
you may be confused, imho

tom hasn't caused SEBL to soar, and he isn't the cause of its imminent tanking sub $9 soon and sub $3 within 1 year

i believe there may have been plenty of options/stock passed around to get folks 'believing' in the early days

rumour was this may have included customers, partners and of course employees

it may not take much for a stampede, sell that is :)
by the way, it hasn't started yet, imho

but
what the heck do i know about sebl stock price?
