I don't expect much from it. The "feeling" I get is that there probably won't be any earthshaking news, one way or the other.

I expect something like: Whew that was close we made the quarter but now we need to take care of Q3.


I also got an Email from Earl Aikens advising that there would be no replay.

If there's no material information being disclosed selectively to brokers, analysts and fund managers, then CUBE shouldn't hold the conference call. That way they could save everybody's time and money.

As we all know, there's significant amounts of material information provided in these calls. Not divulging it equally to all interested parties is a violation of the NASD listing requirements as well as being against the spirit of the NIRA guidelines.

I don't understand why CUBE would go out of its way to pi$% off its individual investors.

Perhaps a complaint to NASD-R will encourage CUBE to provide a level playing field.
