Said it would decide whether police who take news reporters into people's homes, or onto their private property, while seeking to make an arrest can be sued for violating the residents' constitutional rights.
If it doesn't, we need an amendment.

Will not hear an appeal by nine white Chicago firefighters who say they were unlawfully passed over for promotion in favor of blacks and Hispanics. The court, without comment, refused to revive a reverse-discrimination lawsuit in which the firefighters challenged the city's affirmative-action plan..
They will get justice in the next life. Apparently not before.
