Nextel, InfoSpace team for cellular samba By Ben Charny Staff Writer, CNET News.com April 3, 2002, 3:50 PM PT Nextel Communications' international division has hired InfoSpace to help sell wireless e-mail subscriptions in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Mexico and the Philippines. This is the second Latin American connection for InfoSpace, a wireless software provider. A Verizon Communications subsidiary in Mexico, Iusacell, is using InfoSpace to offer wireless e-mail.
