IMNR Is bouncing back from Friday's drop.

It has announced a somewhat complicated deal with TMGU in which it will receive an additional $50M per unit for the first million units of REMUNE, but IMNR will give TMGU 4M shares of restricted stock immediately and 3M shares when "sales milestones occur".<g>

Also IMNR will give TMGU an additional 2M shares upon Thai Government approval of REMUNE in exchange for a required $5 million milestone payment to IMNR.(That is about 1.666667M more shares than was originally agreed.<g>)

At any rate, IMNR is up 14.29% today.<g>
