With all the stock-based acquisitions (and a Mississipi-born CEO, like WCOM's-vbg), CSCO is a skeptic's paradise.

Was thinking about getting in (again, after making a killing on it in the late 90s), but decided not to. Too many stock-based M&As make for a very scary stock.

Watch for a market that overreacts to corporate shenanigans. Lots of good companies that report fairly and honestly--yeah, like QCOM--are going to get a taste of the whip for no good reason.

And, by the way, I welcome posters who ask us to reconsider perceived wisdom. I think Mucho does a good job of it and so does rob_v, though he is insufferably juvenile.
