Actually, I met Shirley Manson. (Back stage pass with my friend the music critic.) She's an absolute sweetheart, very bright, and has an adorable Scots accent. She also knows how to play up to the media. In reality, when she's not touring she goes home to her hubby and kid in Scotland. Don't believe everything you read -- especially in the entertainment (and business) sections. <ggg>
