john, i have been 100% vindicated. the ag couldn't change nfli's marketing plan because it wasn't illegal!!!!!! can you verify the short interest on this stock? i think there was some covering today. the news was really positive, but the media put a negative spin on it. perhaps some "big boys" are going to cover tomorrow ;-) i called this 2 months ago. eps may be flat. looking forward, though, you can bet on a major marketing campaign... eps may be out on thursday. possibly later. they changed auditing firms this q. perhaps they won't be as fast... good luck, jeff
