He didn't want to pay the taxes.>> I can't tell you how many times over the last 2 1/2 years I had the exact same conversation (not necessarily on IBM, but any overpriced POS you might care to name) with friends and family, and got the same response. Immensely frustrating experience. The only guy who listened was my brother, who's rich enough where selling really didn't change or preserve his lifestyle anyway...he could afford to loose a bundle (but didn't...I guess that's some consolation). Like the bull on the Ameritrade commercial sez, "Nobody likes a pessimist!"<G/NG>
