But you yourself said you disapproved of his behavior. So your tolerance for behavior of which you disapprove is really quite high. It has only not to be recognized as violating the TOU by Jeff (after a lawsuit-threat!) for you to consider it behavior bad enough not to "tolerate" -- and in fact reward.

Your tolerance for bad behavior is very, very great. You both tolerate and encourage it. (You have also said you think the internet is the place for it, so why shouldn't you?)
