Low volume = loss of confidence in investing

not an end or a beginning. The public is absent and fed up.

You simply do not have an audience and the low volume says that nobody give a hoot about owning stocks.

it will take a lower low to get the public back in to stocks. They think the market is rigged and nobody will bet in a crooked racetrack.

So you are simply seeing the end of speculation and the return of sensible investing.
