Sure does, but I'm waiting for you to show that it will make a major impact on our imports through the next few decades..your lack of data is very revealing....As for playing with words, I would suggest you use them more carefully if you don't want to be misinterpreted. Now are you saying you really didn't mean we could be "independent" of foreign oil is the liberals would let us drill in the US...
